How to Choose the Right Sampling Valve for Your Process

Sampling valves are essential for quality control, product identification, and regulatory assessment in process industries. The receptacle can be a bottle, container, bag, piston injector, or syringe, depending on the volume and nature of your sample. The receptacle should also be compatible with your product and prevent contamination or leakage. For example, sampling a hazardous chemical or deadly substance may require a sealed receptacle with a pressure relief valve or a hypodermic needle.
