125NIR – Near Infra-Red DN50 Sampling Valve

At the top of the piston, the 125NIR valve has a scraper which allows installation of a fiberoptic probe.

This probe, ideally located, permit to monitor several parameters such as temperature, humidity… and / or composition of the product before taking physically the sample, transmitted by fiberoptic to the connector. A second hole, on the scraper, is made nearby the fiberoptic probe for the cleaning system (Nitrogen).

The measuring probe can be cleaned through a nozzle with Nitrogen.
